What to Expect During the Treatment

A typical nano-infusion treatment lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the area being treated. During the procedure, you may feel a mild tingling or warmth, but it is generally painless. After the treatment, your skin may appear slightly red, resembling a light sunburn; however, this usually fades within 30 to 45 minutes. This makes it an ideal option for achieving a last-minute glow before a night out or a special event. 

Please note that everyone responds differently; it is not recommended to try it for the first time on the day of an event.

 Contraindications

• Accutane within the 12 months
• Keloid scars
• Cancer treatment within the past 6 months (Chemotherapy or Radiation)
• Active inflammatory condition
• History of actinic keratosis
• History of Herpes Simplex infections. (The client can pre-medicate or avoid working around the lip area)
• Uncontrolled Diabetes
• Raised moles or warts on the treatment area
• Scleroderma
• Collagen vascular disease
• Active bacterial or fungal infection
• Immunosuppression
• Neurotoxin such as Botox or Filler less than 2 weeks ago
• Scars less than 6 months old on the treatment area
• Hemophilia or bleeding disorder
• Pregnant or nursing
• Allergy to stainless steel

Post Treatment Instructions

Day 1 Treatment:

• Stay out of the sun today.
• Keep skin clean.
• If your skin feels dry, tight, or itchy, apply AnteAGE® Hyaluronic Acid as needed throughout the day. If additional support is needed, a gentle moisturizer can be applied. 
• There is no need to wash your face tonight. If you choose to wash your face tonight, use a gentle, basic cleanser with no active ingredients.
• Don’t use any active ingredient products (i.e. retinols, hydroquinone, etc.) for the first 5 days post-procedure.
• Do not exfoliate for 5 days.

Day 2

• Cleanse skin using a gentle cleanser, pat dry
• Return to your home care regimen on day 2 (the day after the treatment). 
• Make sure to wear SPF daily
• Don’t use any active ingredient products (i.e. retinols, hydroquinone, etc.) for the first 5 days post-procedure.
• Do not exfoliate for 5 days.
